Design & drawing production
We can help you with the design, calculation and production of drawings in 3D. In AutoPOL we have sheet metal bending software for fold pressing and software for laser cutting. We use GibbsCAM which is a CAM system designed for our controlled milling machines and lathes. Solidworks is a 3D CAD software that we use for design and to handle file types .iges, .sat, .dgw and others.

Cutting
Our machining consists of turning and milling with 2, 3, 4 and 5 axes. We create all programs using CAD/CAM software. This uses 3D programming and simulation to verify that the tool path is correct. In this way we get shorter lead times and more cost-effective manufacturing. We also perform manual turning and milling.

Sheet metal work
Sheet metal work is performed by laser, punching and shearing. CAD software is used for programming and simulation, which means shorter lead times and cost-effective manufacturing.

Precision measurement
We perform precision measurement using measuring arms and coordinate measuring machines.

Sheet metal bending
We offer sheet metal bending in folding presses with 6-axis stop. Sheet metal bending can be performed from 3D models.

Welding
Eliasson & Lund has a complete welding workshop with arc, mig and tig welding and soldering in all materials.

Pressing of sheet metal
We have our own tooling for deep drawing and pressing of sheet metal.
Pipe machining
We perform pipe bending, end machining, end forming and tool manufacturing.
Pipe cutting laser
We perform laser cutting of pipes, whether round, square or rectangular.
Surface finishing
We offer surface treatment and heat treatment of materials.
